Registration Guidelines

Registration is possible for the entire congress duration only. We do not offer discounted fees for one-day or partial attendance.

Please note that if you register early bird, the fee must be paid by April 23rd 2022 at the latest, otherwise the fee will be converted to the regular rate.

Student Registration

Please be prepared to upload a scan of your student ID during registration or to submit a copy of your student ID to congress@univie.ac.at immediately after registration (e.g. latest April 15th for early bird registration). If the proof is not provided in time, deregistration will take place and a new registration is required.

Cancellation Policy

Registrant-initiated cancellations occurring before or during May 15th, 2022 (11:59 pm CET) will be refunded 100% less bank charges and handling fees (10%).

Registrant-initiated cancellations occurring from May 16th, 2022 until May 31st, 2022 (11:59 pm CET) will be refunded 50%.

Registrant-initiated cancellations occurring after May 31st, 2022 (11:59 pm CET) and no shows will not be refunded. All the paid funds will be forwarded to the congress organization operations and services.

Abstract rejection (cancellation initiated by the organizing committee) will be refunded 100% less bank charges and handling fees (10%). In this case a refund request letter from the participant is needed.

Cancellations and requests for refunds must be submitted in writing to the Event Management of the University of Vienna (email: congress@univie.ac.at or fax +43 1 4277-17699).
